Server configuration services include installing all software such as Operating System, Application Server, Web Server and Database Server. During all stages of the process MIS' team of engineers works with the customer to configure access to all applications, web sites and databases as well as it's performance.
Once everything is properly installed and functioning, MIS is full responsible for the server's availability, performance and security. Our technical staff provides 24/7/365 support of the server.
Managed Dedicated Hosting
MIS Choice offers this service for customers that want MIS to manage the server hardware the network accessibility but prefer to perform all system administration directly. This service is not designed for the customers who want MIS to login to the server often and install/modify applications and websites installed.
MIS Choice procures all new server hardware and software for the customer and installs it at its Wall Street Data Center . Server configuration services include installing all software such as Operating System, Application Server, Web Server and Database Server. After server configuration and deployment MIS Choice will provide the customer with an administrative login.
MIS Choice support are available 24/7/365 to perform any server administrative work as additional service and billed at an hourly rate.
Managed Co-Located Hosting
This service is designed for customers who are looking for a fully managed outsourced solution, exclusive of hardware support. Customer purchases the hardware and software and than MIS provides support and management of the server. MIS does not provide spare hardware for servers that are customer-owned.
